BOKAY™ gives you the freedom to create your own personalized floral arrangements to send to the special people in your life. You choose all of the flowers, colors, greenery and more! Next, our floral artisans carefully gather and pack the farm-fresh flower stems you choose with your card message and ship your design right to your loved one’s door. Get started with the tutorial!

Our expert artisans work to make your final arrangement look as much as possible like the unique BOKAY™ you designed! The flowers and colors will be just about the same. If they aren't, we'll let you know and we'll make things right! However, the online app, after hundreds of hours of hard work and photography of real flowers, may show the orientation, size, color, or other attributes slightly differently than the final results. Not to worry, we promise your recipient will love their BOKAY, or your money back!

We deliver just about anywhere in the lower 48 states. Using fast and reliable shipping, your design will be shipped and arrive in a fun box at your (or your loved one’s) door!

BOKAY’s™ Happy + Honest Guarantee means that you can buy with confidence! If you’re not happy, send us an email at  happy@bokay.com and we’ll try to make things right! If your flowers don’t last a week with proper care, we’ll either send you a free replacement BOKAY™ or refund your purchase. Part of our honesty policy is that things do go wrong sometimes and even we make mistakes. If that happens, we’ll own up to it. If we don’t have a flower in stock that you picked or it doesn’t meet our quality standards, we’ll let you know and we’ll make it right. Rest assured that if you’re not happy, we’re not happy either, and we’ll do everything we can to make it better!

No matter where you are in the lower 48 states, overnight shipping is a flat rate of $15 for any BOKAY. Our shipments cost us up to twice that much to send, but instead we charge $15 for fast shipping and honest pricing no matter where you live in the continental US!

We want your flowers to arrive fresh and beautiful! We ship all of our orders overnight but shipping services take several days to deliver over the weekend. Instead of letting your flowers sit there all alone in the hot or cold weather for several days, we make sure all BOKAYs™ are shipped overnight. Trust us, if we could teleport BOKAYs™ to you, we would!

BO-KAY, BOO-KAY, BOUQUET... What’s right? Well, even if you can’t pronounce it, you’ll love what we do. The name is an homage to the beginnings of our company. All the way back in 1952, Bud McCarthy founded Bud’s Bokay Shop in Scranton, Pennsylvania, where he worked with his father to create fun and unique arrangements for customers. His grandson, Kevin McCarthy, continues the family legacy with BOKAY™. With the same creative and “punny” spirit, BOKAY™ embraces its origins while using the latest technology to design unique flowers for everyone.

Yes, you can and should write a card message so your recipient knows who sent their flowers. Card messages are printed out and included in the box with your BOKAY™. You can also design a custom card message at checkout with pictures and custom designs if you’d like.

BOKAY™ offers a large variety of flowers and colors for you to choose from. We carry lots of farm fresh flower varieties and colors that allow you to personalize your BOKAY™. Some flowers change by season and availability, and we’re adding new flowers and colors all the time so check back often!

Your BOKAY™ is the sum of its parts. We wanted to be honest and transparent in our pricing by listing out the price of each of your BOKAY™ choices. So you start off at $0 until you add your customized items. As you add each item, the price will update.

Great question! While some flowers last longer than others, flowers are living 3D art - and even though fresh flowers don't last forever, something isn't beautiful just because it lasts. When your BOKAY™ first arrives, be sure to put it in a clean vase with cool water and cut the stems with a sharp knife (be careful) and not scissors (which pinch the stems). In general, make sure you change the water in your vase every few days and cut the stems at an angle at the same time. Avoid direct sunlight or very hot or cold environments. Use flower food to extend the life of your flowers. Pro Tip: Keep your flowers away from fruit — this can make them wilt early!

Your BOKAY™ will arrive in a box to your doorstep from a reliable shipping company using fast shipping. Your arrangement will include your card message (if you have one), care instructions, and more! Some of our farm-fresh flowers may arrive in bud form for longevity and may need a few days to bloom.
